A different woman, told him that not only would they bring bedding but they would also make up the bed. My husband went to the desk and explained that the sleeper sofa had no bedding. We looked in the closet, but there was no bedding. In the room, we opened the sleeper sofa to find no sheets or bedding. Thankfully, the noise level subsided before midnight. Our luck, the new room was on the same floor as a college women's lacrosse team. We went down to the desk and the woman gave us another room and stated that she thought the new room would have the sleeper sofa.

We arrived and were given a room that had a king bed and chair. She ordered that room because the 3 of us are adults. She reserved an executive king suite with a sleeper sofa. After not finding the accommodations, that we wanted at Turning Stone or Fairfield Inn, my daughter made a reservation here several weeks before our trip. But, after this stay, we will not be staying at a La Quinta anytime soon. Also our chair in our room was stained and there was a rip that was fixed with duct tape., for the prices we pay to stay here we thought we deserved better.My husband & I were looking forward in staying here for the first time.

Also the carpets in the hotel were filthy with stains i took images of both the broke door and the carpeting.The girl when we checked out did not seem to care about the issues we had on our stay. With the world being the way it is today there are alot of bad things going on, i wanted to feel safe in the hotel with my family and i did not.

Confirmation number #3201574015 checked in we had stayed here last year but the hotel has gone down hill, when i first got there i checked in and went to my room 316 and entered thru side door which was broke and you didn't even have to use a hotel key to enter just walk right in, i told the person, a young man at the front desk and he said they knew about it., i stayed there for 3 days and no attempt was even made to repair it, i also told the woman when we checked out and all she could say was sorry.
